Andrew Verri is a husband for close to 25 years and a father of 2 daughters.  He works an Architect and Builder and has been self employed for over 20 years, He understands the challenges of balancing both career and family. 

Although being recognised by his peers in his profession his attributes most rewarding accolade and most valuable investment is his family. 

Andrew recognises that the skills of a good parent complement a good employer, although both roles are rewarding they are also challenging.  Andrew recognises that it is the hard discussions that had offered the greatest growth.  It is important to listen, to work together and sometimes struggle towards a common goal.

Andrew encourages all voices around him and understands the role of a leader and a father is to ensure all voices are heard, that why he is running in the ACT election, he feels voices are being silenced by a few and therefore the necessary tough conversations are not being had. He believes it is time to stand up for the ones that don’t have a voice or that have been left out of politics.
